This specific joint is a 2 1/2 in. diameter, fitted with a zerk fitting for greasing, 2 1/4 in. of 1 in.-14 left hand threads on the shank, and a 2.812 in. mounting width ball with a .750 in. thru bolt hole. not tight enough
It did slip on my BMW M5 F90 oil filter — it wasn’t tight enough. I had to use a microfiber cloth to fill the gap and make it tighter in order to loosen the oil filter.
