Manufacturer Description

ICON Vehicle Dynamics’ Toyota Hilux suspension systems have been designed with maximum performance and the serious driver in mind. The varying uses of this vehicle worldwide were acknowledged and catered to in ICON’s research and development process. The Hilux Stage 3 system provides a level of performance that will drastically improve on and off-road vehicle ride characteristics. ICON's Vehicle-specific tuned 2.5" coilover shocks feature an internal reservoir for exceptional cooling properties, and ICON-engineered Eibach coil springs for superior vehicle “feel" throughout the range of travel. These 2.5" coilovers are height adjustable from 0-3" allowing the use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations when desired. ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks balance performance of the truck front to rear, and ensure optimum performance by increasing the duration of consistent damping by keeping the shocks at a cooler operating temperature during extended off-road use. ICON has taken into account the stiffer chassis of the Hilux, realizing a much more robust overall shock tune was required for sufficient damping ability across varying terrains and differing vehicle payloads. By utilizing a shackle to lift the rear of the Hilux when the front is set to 3", factory payload rating is retained while allowing more suspension up-travel. Tubular uniball upper control arms on the Hilux not only add strength and durability, but help retain factory alignment spec range increasing caster over stock. This attention to detail is why ICON Vehicle Dynamics performance suspension systems are the ultimate solution for the Toyota Hilux.

Expansive and accessible
Format: Hardcover
This book broadened my thinking on project management within business. It highlights the portfolio angle, and relevant topics like how to drive adoption/usage and broad idea capture. The case studies bring things to life as well as the `list based' approach to best practices. I'd recommend it for someone who wants to understand the latest thinking in the project and portfolio management field and tie it back to business value and business strategy.

Great Reference
Format: Hardcover
The book provides a complete, high-level overview of Project Portfolio Management (PPM). As the title suggests, it covers both Portfolio Management and Project Management. The book is a great reference for PPM concepts. I personally found the first few chapters of the book very interesting, because it talks about portfolio management in a different manner than what you would read in other books such as PMI's The Standard for Portfolio Management. The book has been written in an easy-to-read style and it provides pragmatic ideas on how to best help an organization manage their portfolio, using concepts such as: Anchoring, superior estimation, batch vs. ad hoc prioritization, one portfolio or many, private collection of information, winner's curse, innovation vs. improvement projects, accounting vs. project management, etc. In short, the book is a recommender for all PPM practitioners!

Great introduction to work management
Format: Hardcover
I am not an expert in project or work management and found this book really useful and readable. Moore does a great job of looking beyond standard project management terms and frameworks and helps re-frame project management as a strategic, not a tactical concern.

Nice update
Format: Paperback, Format: Paperback
I really like this version of a practice test. It covers pretty much all the topics I wanted to learn more about (like math related) and the fact that’s it’s current for this year is great. I didn’t want to practice with old information. It also has a well-structured approach to mastering the digital format. I feel like it properly prepares you for the actual feeling of doing the test. My favorite thing has to be the mini test. Sometimes I think I’m ready for a test but end up realising I still have a long way to practice so it’s great to have a tool that helps with that. Just overall, its practice is very reasonable so as long as you take the time to really take advantage of this book, the SAT will be a breeze.
