Refined, smooth, and harmonious — exotic fruit flavours with genuine finesse and a prolonged, satisfying finish. Four months on fine lees, a quarter under wood for subtle structure and three quarters in stainless steel to preserve the fruit and freshness of the grape — a winemaking approach that delivers complexity without weight.
