Important Notes
  • Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock equipped vehicle.
  • Advertised lift height ranges are for a stock equipped vehicle. Increasing weight of vehicle due to accessories will alter lift range.
  • Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension.
  • For 4WD models without TRD Off-Road package ICON recommends using ICON Diff Drop (Part# 55156) or using Toyota TRD axles (Part# 434200C020 Driver / 434100C020 Pass). Failure to do so could result in front axle damage. Not required for TRD Pro.
  • Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles
  • Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install
  • If equipped with TRD aluminum skid plate part # 55164 is also required
  • Most Sequoia submodels will have front lift height range of 3-4.5" over stock and 2" of rear lift over stock. Submodels equipped with TRD Off-Road Package and TRD Pro will have a front lift height range of 1-2.5" over stock and remain at stock height in the rear. If taller rear ride heights are desired, consider kit part number K53234TS.
Manufacturer Description

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 complete suspension system for the 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia builds upon the ICON threaded-body V.S. 2.5 Series Coilovers with the addition of ICON tubular front upper control arms. This system offers improved on- and off-road performance as well as improved alignment specs with front-end lift and leveling for a proper stance and fitment of up to 35" tires. To compliment the internal reservoir coilover shock and tubular control arm combo, a sway bar drop kit for the front of the truck is included along with dual rate coil springs and our proven 2.0 nitrogen charged monotube shocks with internal reservoirs for the rear. This Stage 4 system features the 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia VS 2.5 Series internal reservoir front coilovers. These adjustable coilovers allow up to 3-4.5" of lift height adjustability over stock when using the ICON tubular steel front upper control arms, allowing the use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. ICON’s Vehicle-specific shock length and valving along with the larger 2.5" shock body and increased piston area over stock components yield the maximum travel possible (up to 40% increase over stock) along with superior ride quality and suspension performance both on- and off-road. The included ICON tubular upper control arm kit is designed to improve the overall performance of the 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia with corrected front-end geometry, built in additional caster, and improved suspension component clearance. Additionally, replacing the OE ball joint with the all-new, serviceable, and rebuildable ICON Delta Joint PRO allows for full bump and droop travel of the front suspension while eliminating bind. The included sway bar drop brackets help minimize sway bar link bind through the suspension travel range. This helps the suspension move more freely and allows for the full range of wheel travel without overstressing any OE components. The dual-rate rear coil design provides a softer ride height spring rate with a firmer overload rate that combine to deliver on-road comfort with excellent bottoming resistance and superior off-road performance. Designed for shorter rear ride heights, these coil springs yield 2" of rear lift over stock on a non-TRD Sequoia or 0" of rear lift height on a Sequoia equipped with the TRD Off-Road package, allowing for level a stance front to rear. Rounding out the Stage 4 suspension system are V.S. 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks specially tailored for the 2023-2025 Sequoia. The 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks are a high-quality upgrade for the everyday street driver and weekend warrior looking for improved on and off-road performance. Their pairing with the ICON 2.5 Series front coilovers results in balanced vehicle control from front to rear and an excellent overall driving experience for your Sequoia.

Wow China Is Subversive & Dangerous

I kind of knew that were are dealing with a very shrewd communist country but Smith opened my eyes to the way that the Chinese go about getting what they want and doing it in a manner that goes under the radar. You have to be on the alert to their leaders attitudes and their methods so as not to get roped into their game plan. Now more than ever I am going to promote American Made products and keep an eye out for Chinese deception. I'm not paranoid about it but I don't like they way communist China operates, it's a one way street, their way. I try to keep that in mind and with the information that Smith presents it not only angers me but makes me away of the possible ways that I may fall prey to their practices. I highly recommend this book, especially if your American First.

A great book by a great journalist

The China Matrix is another great book by the great journalist Lee Smith. The book is written in a very easy to read format. I have learned so many things that I didn't know before, and I simply can't put it down. Lee opened my eyes about the way Washington D.C. works, and I really miss his Epoch TV show, Over the Target. I wish more shows invited him on because he has a great insight when it comes to domestic and international affairs. To whoever wants to learn more about the way the Chinese Community Party works, I recommend to get this book and read it.

Misses some important context, but a solid book

I can't give it the 3.5 stars it deserves. Smith is an outstanding writer and has long view China as an adversary that we intentionally do not pay attention to given the elites make large amounts of money working with the CCP. In this book he demonstrates that happened from the get go, starting with Kissinger. Rarely, if ever, were American interests ever viewed as the lens with which to see China, only as a way to make money for power brokers and businesses alike. He points to Trumps long standing opposition to the way the international trade system evolved and the way it harmed middle class Americans. All of this is outstanding, but the book loses many points trying to cover for terrible protectionist economic policies. We certainly may have gone too far in hollowing out the industrial base, but 100% of Americans benefitted from lower price and more selections. It is not the purpose of the book, but a look at overall US business policy has been to harm Amercians, one need look no further than mass immigration, legal and illegal that drive down wages at the lower/middle end. Nor does the book bother with looking at general business mindless following each other for yet another new fad, from six sigma to who moved my cheese. Again, not what the book is about, but he tries to make the claim that all of this is China and elite policy driving toward this outcome when that data is not supported. Overall, it is a better than worse book that one should read if for no other reason than to see how far we have actually bent over for China for gains that are mostly illusory for business access. That China still uses the elites to gain access not just to markets but US citizen minds is the real problem. Smith does a good job pointing that out
