This 9” tall 360-degree radial flow air filter features our oil-free Pro DRY S media with three layers of synthetic media for maximum convenience. Its progressive layering provides great filtration efficiency and dust holding capacity, while not requiring the use of oils. This media is best suited for street use. Its inverted top makes for more filter surface area, resulting in longer service intervals. The simple yet elegant one-piece sealed housing features our patent pending filter-to-housing interface, making installation a snap. The housing is made out of lightweight, high gloss, clear-coated plain weave carbon fiber. A clear sight window allows for filter inspection without removal of the air box. On 2015 and up Challenger models, the housing can be connected to the SRT Hellcat-style headlight opening thanks to the Carbon Fiber Dynamic Air Scoop (sold separately: PN 54-72203-SF). A plug is provided for use if the auxiliary air inlet is not utilized. A lightweight high gloss plain weave carbon fiber tube directs filtered air from the air filter to the engine. Using 3D computer modeling, It's designed to increase airflow and provide a perfect fit. Premium stainless-steel T-bolt clamps and a reinforced silicone coupling are used for strength and durability. Engine air filters are important!

Just like me and you breathing, your car performs better when it can breathe freely and cleanly.
My philosophy with an engine air filter is to replace with cheap and often. You can't control the quality of air coming into your system but you can control the filtering, so I'd rather replace the filter on an accelerated schedule with a cheap product than to invest into something more expensive and have it perform dirty for longer than it should.
For my Honda CRV 2024 Hybrid, this filter fits snuggly and performs well.
