It doesn't pill up at all for me. In fact, it layers really well. It's dry time is fairly quick, and it's a GREAT value for your money. It's also not oily at all. I've been using it for over a week now and I can tell my complexion is brighter and the one dark spots are s bit lighter. I'd say it's pretty effective.
