The new design and rubber compound that was introduced in 2021 as the replacement for our original rubber bumper plates has improved the resilience of these plates significantly when compared to the original plastic compound.
The solid rubber training plates have a steel 51mm hole centre, allowing easy loading. All of the plates (except the 5kg plates) have a diameter of 450mm with varying widths (as they're solid rubber).
