Designed for junior primary students, this interactive programme helps children build essential communication skills through engaging and enjoyable activities. The class creates a supportive environment where students feel comfortable expressing their ideas with growing confidence.

Through storytelling, imaginative role-play and simple speech-building exercises, children will learn how to organise their thoughts, use their voice effectively and apply basic body language techniques. A variety of interactive games helps make learning enjoyable while easing any nervousness about speaking in front of others.

Programme Highlights:

• Build Confidence: Support students in overcoming shyness and speaking English with greater self-assurance.
• Strengthen Communication Skills: Guide students to express their ideas clearly and connect with their audience.
• Learn Presentation Basics: Introduce key techniques such as voice control, body language and eye contact
• Encourage Creativity: Inspire students to use imagination when developing their speeches.
• Final Speech Presentation: Students will deliver a short speech to showcase their progress. Parents will receive a video recording of this session. 
• Learn with SCMP’s publications: Teaching materials incorporate SCMP’s publications, connecting classroom learning with real-world topics.
• Chance to Get Published: Students’ presentations will have a chance to be published on SCMP Learn’s online platforms.
