CJ-6 Nanchang airplane model. Built under license in China, the basic Yak-18 was known as the Nanchang CJ-5. Produced at the Nanchang Aircraft Factory from 1954 through 1958, the design showed deficiencies for jet pilot training that led the Chinese to independently revise the basic Yak-18 design to feature a retractable undercarriage, with the main gear folding inward toward the fuselage, and the nose wheel retracting backward into the fuselage. The wings were revised to have prominent dihedral, but, like the Soviet Yak-18A redesign, the CJ-6 retained the 145hp M-11ER radial engine with similarly disappointing results when it first flew in 1958. Revised power, in the form of an Ivchenko AI-14R engine, didn't solve the problem, which called for further redesign of the aircraft. Finally, in 1961, an improved CJ-6A gained approval and was produced from 1962 until 1965, using a 285hp Quzhou Huosai HS6A engine. More than 1,800 CJ-6As were produced, including those exported to nations such as Albania, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Tanzania and Zambia under the designation BT-6. An armed version, the CJ-6B, was produced between 1964 and 1966, possibly equipped with a 300-hp HS-6D engine, according to some sources.

More than 10,000 of all types are believed to have been produced. Both the Yak-18 and the Nanchang CJ-6 have become popular with pilots worldwide who appreciate the sturdy qualities, reliability and personality of these old warbirds.

Mahogany Wood. Scale: 1/32. Wingspan 12 1/2 inches, Length 10 1/2 inches.

Great shorts at a great price!
Fit Type: 7" Inseam, Size: X-Large, Color: Navy
Great shorts for a great price. Needed to replace a few pairs of my gym shorts but didn’t want to spend $40+ on a pair. Found these and decided to give them a try. Since getting my first pair I’ve bought 4 more in different colors and have been wearing them daily. They fit great, true to size. Love the zippered pockets so I’m keeping my phone & wallet secure. Extremely lightweight & fast drying. These work great for gym or just casual shorts. 10/10 would recommend.

Nice shorts, fabrics thin but a great fit.
Fit Type: 7" Inseam, Size: Large, Color: Light Green, Fit Type: 7" Inseam, Size: Large, Color: Light Green
These are nice shorts, free flowing thin but not too thin. Feel nice wearing, easy to move around in them. I like the zipper pockets, things don’t fall out of my pockets now when driving or hiking. These are great wearing while walking, hiking or jogging, really durable. Material is thinner than I’m use to but still nice. These have nice elastic waistband plus a tie, I like this. These are great wearing while playing basketball, has nice are flow and lets skin breath.

Great, comfortable athletic wear. As comfortable as boxers.
Fit Type: 7" Inseam, Size: Large, Color: Olive
These are my new favorite shorts. The fabric is durable, but light and breathable. The waistband is comfortable, and the drawstrings are good quality. I like the zippers on the pockets, which are also good quality, and are easy to grasp thanks to a rubber coating. There's also no static cling with these shorts, like what I get from the polyester shorts from wallyworld. If I had to nitpick, it would be concerning the design/fit of the front of the shorts. There's no pleat, or crotch, and this creates a slight "poochy" look, this also makes them more roomy, and easy to move around in though as well. I liked them enough to buy 4 more pair, and that's all you need to know. They wash well, and don't shrink.

Must have! Buy in every color
Fit Type: 7" Inseam, Size: Large, Color: Green Camo
Great shorts for the price. The quality comfort and size are all great! We were surprised with how well made these are for the cost and my husband ended up getting multiple pair in different colors. We have only had them for a week or so now so I’m not sure how durable they are long term but from the feel, they seem as they will last. Zipper pockets are the best part as he is active and also likes having zipped pockets when traveling, coaching, etc.
