The design on the tumbler is fully sublimated with ink. There is no epoxy, glitter or vinyl used. Since it is made with sublimation, it will resist fading, cracking, or peeling if it is cared for properly. Sublimation ink is heat activated. It is not recommended to wash these in a dishwasher, place them inside a microwave, soak in hot water, or expose to extreme temperature.

Please Note: There may be a visible seam line on certain designs and that is 100% normal and does not affect the tumbler. If the design is not completely seamless, this line will appear.

• All items are made-to-order. Due to this custom nature, there will be no returns, exchanges, or refunds. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within three (3) business days of receiving your item(s) so we can fix the issue.
• Tumbler processing is 1-5 business days. This does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping times.
• Colors in the design may vary due to monitor or screen settings.
