*Kindly notes for other request in customize colors, the FRENCH LACE DESIGN WILL BE DIFFERENT from our reference to match with the base color, kindly inquiries for the pictures of different lace.

*Custom Package includes Bride (Baju Kurung) with Groom (Custom Baju Melayu) for ready design preorder with 1 time taken measurement & 1 time fitting with alteration, accessories sold separately 

*Custom size measurement with XS-XL with added charge RM50.                           

*Special request custom colors with added charge RM100 (depends on material color available).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Please read terms and conditions before made payment. Customers agreed with terms and conditions once confirmed payment.

1. All items are PRE-ORDER, preorder items is NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
2. Pre-order duration for items to be ship is after 30 WORKING DAYS excludes Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday depending que preorders. Kindly inquiry for estimate que preorders when items to be ship at 0174108280 before proceed online preorders. Items will be ship by DHL eCommerce. 
3. Off-white color items may require inner as 20% see-through. NO FITTING AS ITEMS IS ONLINE PREORDER.
4. Full payment requires to proceed preorder. Once made payment, kindly WhatsApp us at 0174108280 and inform you order number.
5. Own custom measurements is customers own responsibility, we are not responsible for any fault in customers provided measurements. Please confirm your details and measurements. Changing details or measurements after confirmation may incur additional charges. 
6. Basic Alterations (Cut basic skirt length, adjust dart top & waist top) will be charge RM50. Major Alterations (Adjust most parts of outfit such as shoulder, top arm, armhole, waist skirt, etc) will be charge RM250. As outfit is preorder based on specific size requested by customers & non-exchangeable, the process of major alteration is similar in tailoring of 1 outfit which includes unpick the overlock stitches, cutting into correct size, overlock again and sewing back the outfit.
7. No urgent alteration and alteration takes 14 working days depending production slot, que orders and situation. Customers is advise to double check size before confirm to proceed preorder.
