This white is 100% non interventionalist, which means it can change with the seasons it can showcase lily like florals or citrus oils, with notes of dry spice, walnuts and quince, often slightly oxidative. Wild, alive and funky!

This white is 100% non-interventionalist, which means it can change with the seasons - it can showcase lily-like florals or citrus oils, with notes of dry spice, walnuts and quince, often slightly oxidative. Wild, alive and funky! Bellotti Cortese tastes like a Jura wine that has gone to Italy and been naturalised. Medium yellow in colour, the nose initially suggests a rich butter pound cake, with nut and citrus oils. Complex, fresh and moreish.
