From the novel design forced by external pressure 50 years ago to the classic chariot of its own, the "mekava" tank has been accompanied by the Israel Defense Forces for half a century, faithfully practicing the elite and reliable pragmatism philosophy of the Israeli armed forces. During this long period of time, the "mecava" family was not only the sharpest spear of the Israeli armored forces, but also the strongest shield on Mount Zion of the Jewish nation. Nowadays, MK4 not only has to face enemy tanks, but also has to deal with armed personnel equipped with individual anti tank weapons. In order to deal with these threats, MK4 can carry an active defense system called "robot". Unlike the "booty" system, which can hard kill the incoming warhead, the "robot" system does not directly destroy the warhead, but it can send laser beams to interfere with the incoming warhead's guidance, thus preventing the warhead from hitting its own tanks.
On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the birth of the "mekawa" MBT family, Meng will launch a new "mecava" tank assembly model, Meng ts-049 Israeli mk4.4/4lic main battle tank and nochri Kal mine clearing system. Mr. Mitchell Maas, curator of the Israel Armored Forces Museum, IDF reserve Colonel, and desert eagle, which is dedicated to model players, have provided a lot of help in the development of the model. The Israel themed models produced by Meng have been collected by model fans all over the world. This is closely related to the great assistance of Mr. MAS and Desert Eagle publishing house. In the past 10 years of cooperation, we have been able to feel the professionalism of Mr. MAS and his feelings for the "mecava" tank. We are very honored to have the opportunity to cooperate with such an excellent team. In the future, the two sides will cooperate to launch more Israel theme models with complete research and accurate appearance, which will benefit model players.
Among the latest products of the cooperation between the two sides, there are brand-new turret, precision "robot" active defense system and fully movable nochri Kal mine sweeping system. In addition, the tank's suspension system and track are movable, and the precise etchings and digital engraving parts make the model more detailed. The length of the model is 264mm and the width is 113.6mm. Two models of mk4.4 or mk.4lic can be made.

Great Product, Works as Advertised

This product works exactly as described. It makes BM's smoother and gentler. I personally use the unflavored, no sweeteners added version, and honestly, it does not taste very good, but I feel that the results are worth it, and I do not like adding extra sweeteners or flavorings to my diet. I have used this product for many years and have found that about 1 1/2 to 2 tbsps in 12 ounces of water works the best for me. You will need to experiment a bit to find the ratio that works best for you. I recommend that you start on the low side and gradually increase the amount of Metamucil as needed.

Healthy, Effective, and great when mixed with Splenda and Koolaid mix. The best of many options I've tried.
Flavor Name: Unflavored, Size: 1.46 Pound (Pack of 1)
I've sampled a few different varieties of fiber supplements, including both Benefiber and off-brands, and I found that Metamucil provided the most fiber in the least offensive beverage. Compared to the other brands, this stuff is smoother textured, and goes down easier, as a sort of happy medium between the grittier supplements and the thicker ones.
What about effectiveness? I have apocalyptic IBS, and since starting to take this stuff regularly (one giant glass every morning and evening), my BMs have been much more regular, and more manageable. Flare-ups happen less, and it even seems to do a decent job when taken with meals of cutting the hit to my stomach and gut. I tend to take more than the recommended amount, with an even larger serving of water, as I feel like it helps me stay hydrated and full throughout the day.
I started taking the classic orange Metamucil, but although I really liked the superior flavor (rather like Orange Tang) it packed several times more sugar in each serving than fiber, so while it was great for digestive health, the overall health impact was too negative. I also sampled the sugar-free berry flavors, but found that, although it was ostensibly healthier, the flavor wasn't great, and in addition it suffered from the aspartame aftertaste and further effects (Aspartame gives me headaches). So this was a dilemma for me. What to do? I actually wrote to Metamucil about it, and they recommended this product. The downside is that it comes with absolutely no flavor, so you need to provide your own in order to mask the texture (I wouldn't dream of trying to mix this in plain water--yuck!) The upside is they pack 100+ servings into a container, and you really are free to blend it into whatever suits your fancy. Obviously if you mix it with something like orange juice, then you're already negating the benefits of this stuff over the sugary orange flavor, but I've personally found a much better way.
I like to mix this stuff with Kool-aid mix and Splenda (Sucralose) sweetener. I buy a ton of Splenda and kool-aid as it mixes up tasting sweet, like sugar, but without the calories or aftertaste. You can dump a spoonful of this stuff into a glass of splenda-koolaid, or just dump 8 servings worth of this stuff in with a packet of koolaid powder and a cup of splenda, and then just mix it up and spoon it into water as needed. Better tasting, sugar-free and packed with good useful fiber.
EDIT: I wish I could subscribe to this stuff. Price of splenda has gone up, but I've figured out thatyou can just dump 7 packets of koolaid mix and 7 dashes of sucralose into a container of this and shake it up.

I like the lack of sweeteners and flavor. I just want the stuff that helps me poop. There is some citric acid in it (no idea why) which gives it a mildly acidic taste. Other than that, it does the trick.
