A5 Quick-Turn Test FixturePinplate BigMAX test fixture including reusable chassis and removable pogo pin cassette. Testable area is A5 or 148mm x 210mm (5. 8" x 8. 3"), half a sheet of paper. Includes Licron Crystal ESD coating over the plastic parts. Fixture is made of an optimized combination of aluminum, high pressure laminate, FR4, and PETG. Lead time is ~2 weeks as there is no custom PCB in the design. The pogo pins are hand wired to a standard "QuickLink210" PCBA with

The pogo pins are hand-wired to a standard "QuickLink210" PCBA with the HD78 and PWR8 connectors used by the PLT-300A as well as an IDC-20 for JTAG/SWD and an IDC-40 for a Raspberry Pi.
Additional costs apply if there are more than 50 test points.
