Brynje have been using wool since their inception back in the 1950’s, and for good reason. They recognise wool’s outstanding properties when it comes to keeping people warm. With the uptake of Merino wool fibres, they now produce garments that are warm, faster drying, do not smell bad for days and stay warm. The fibres in merino wool are fine and long, creating a wool garment that is soft, smooth and extremely warm. These features also mean that the garments have a low “itch factor” when next to the skin. Merino is also tougher than regular wool and is easier to launder. To increase durability and stretch, Brynje added polyester filaments to the Merino wool. The Merino blend is 80 % Merino wool and 20 % Polyamid.
Brynje Classic Merino wool underwear is designed to complement the Super Thermo mesh base layer, or to be used on its own. Either way, it is a truly “classic” piece of kit.
Washing your Merino Wool product
- Machine wash on wool program
- Do not use chlorine or soak garment
- Use wool detergent that does not contain enzymes / bleaches.
- The garment should not be tumble-dried .
- Remember not too much laundry in the washing machine.
- Wool does not get dirty in the same way as other clothing, therefore, it is not necessary to wash it as often

Rugged, Reliable, and Built to Last
I picked up this Carhartt billfold wallet a while ago, and it’s exactly what I expected from the brand—tough, well-made, and built for everyday use. It’s holding up great, even after months of being stuffed in my pocket, dropped, and tossed around.
What I Like:
Durable Materials: The leather and stitching are rugged and high quality. It still looks good and hasn’t shown signs of wear.

Overall it's a pretty nice wallet, and its different, unique.

This is a nice wallet. I am deducting one star for the reason another buyer noted. The card pockets are extremely tight. A solution that I came up with was to take a plastic putty knife and push down inside the card pockets and stretch the material out, this helped a bunch! One thing I really like, the material is not as slick as a leather wallet, so if a person has trouble with their wallet sliding out of their pocket, I think this one would be less likely to do that. Overall I'm pretty happy with it.

This is the wallet you actually want.
Bought in late 2018, letting this wallet retire now in early 2026. Strong, durable wallet. For the money, definitely worth it.

Very Durable
This is the second wallet I've bought. Same type. First one was for a durability test. Pull, stretch, bend, twist at the seam, and it held up much better than similar wallets in the same price range. Highly recommend this wallet if you are hard on them like I am. Plenty of space for cards, cash, receipts, random papers and other items that seem to find their way into it throughout the year. And still doesn't feel big and bulky to sit on. I was a die hard trifold guy for many years because I couldn't find a bifold that could hold all my stuff in it. But this bifold holds everything and still has plenty of room for more. If you want a good quality wallet for a decent price the mossy oak Carhartt bifold is definitely the way to go, you won't be disappointed.
