- Our caviar is preserved with a 3.5% natural salt content and vacuum-sealed in glass jars or metal tins. When kept refrigerated in its original, unopened container, it stays fresh for up to 6 weeks. Shipping delays, while rare, can still occasionally occur. If your order is needed by a specific date, we strongly recommend that you schedule it to be delivered days in advance.
- When kept refrigerated below 38 °F (3.3 °C), unopened caviar has up to a 6 week shelf life. Once opened, it's best to consume it within 3 days.
