RÉSUMÉ: Actrice en herbe originaire de Dallas, Mary Jean Waterman part à New York pour faire carrière, abandonnant son mari, Keefe, et son petit garçon. Bien qu’elle ait changé d’identité pour s’appeler désormais Andrea Wilcox, Keefe finit par la retrouver lors d’une séance de shooting de photos de nu qu’il abrège pour la traquer dans les rues de New York. Elle parvient toutefois à se réfugier chez Christopher Neville, metteur en scène mégalomane qui lui a promis un rôle dans son prochain film. En réalité, la jeune femme s’est jetée dans la gueule du loup…
À PROPOS DU FILM: Tourné en 1984, Special Effects est un thriller réalisé par Larry Cohen (Meurtres sous contrôle, Épouvante sur New York), dans lequel le metteur en scène dénonce l’univers impitoyable du show-business. Ce film, où figurent notamment Zoë Lund (L’Ange de la vengeance) et Eric Bogosian (Dolores Claibone), rappellera, de par son intrigue basée sur les faux-semblants, certaines œuvres de deux grands cinéastes : Alfred Hitchcock et Brian De Palma. Jusqu’alors inédit en France, Special Effects vous est enfin proposé, et en haute définition !

Good Material Thickness and Comfortable

I picked up the J.VER Men’s Oxford Shirt, and it turned out to be a solid choice. The seam quality is clean and consistent, with no loose threads or uneven stitching. The material thickness is right where it should be for an oxford. It feels sturdy without being stiff.
There was no strong smell out of the package, which is always a plus. After a quick wash, it was ready to wear. The stretchiness is subtle but helpful. It gives the shirt some flexibility without changing the classic look.
The softness surprised me. It feels comfortable on the skin and stays that way through the day. Overall comfort is great, whether you’re wearing it for work or a casual night out.
A clean, comfortable shirt that fits well and looks good.

Great shirts! I prefer them over much, more expensive shirts!

Nice fitting shirt for the cost. Better than most that I’ve purchased for 2-3 times the cost. I prefer these to my Lacoste or Lands End long sleeved shirts! They look/wear much nicer after dry cleaning versus machine washing.

Measurements just didn't add up.
Size: X-Large, Color: Sky Blue
Quality of the shirt was nice but the measurements did not add up. I wear a 17 1/2 neck and 36/37 or 37/38 sleeve. I ordered an XL and the sleeves were a little to short and the neck was way to big. Could never wear a tie with this shirt. So going up in size wasn't an option because of the neck. The next size up that had longer sleeves was a 3X, not happening. So if I went down in size the sleeves still would have been to short and the shirt would have been to tight. If the shirt fits you then you have a good shirt at a great price with lots of colors.
