What does being "Zwift Ready " mean
This means the RCR smart trainer has a "Zwift Cog" pre-installed, a 14-teeth sprocket that is compatible with SRAM, Shimano, and Campagnolo 8-13 speed drive trains. Note, it's not compatible with the Campagnolo N3W 13-speed chain.
To change gear, use the "Zwift Click" "+" and "-" button fitted on your bike's handlebars. Thanks to "Zwift Click" you benefit from 24 levels of resistance.
Self-powered mode
Thanks to its self-powered system, the RCR smart trainer works without needing to be plugged in. As soon as you start pedalling, it generates the energy needed to power all its components: motorized resistance, data transmission (Bluetooth, ANT+). This means you can train wherever you want, without having to rely on a power outlet, making it ideal for outdoor sessions, in a garage or in a room without direct access to a power supply.
