2.5" Kit

2017-19: The 2.5" Carli System will use either the CS-FSBD-LVL-17 (Drop brackets) OR the CS-FEL-LVL-17 (Stainless Sway Bar End Links). The drop brackets will be more cost-effective and maintain the factory sway bar links. The Carli Stainless Sway bar links are a far more robust, fully serviceable and rebuildable option that wont interfere with plow brackets.

2020+: The 3.5" Carli System will use either the CS-FSBD-LVL-20 (Drop brackets) OR the CS-FELKIT-LVL-20 (Stainless Sway Bar End Links + Short Drop-Forward Block). The drop brackets will be more cost-effective and maintain the factory sway bar links. The Carli Stainless Sway bar links are a far more robust, fully serviceable and rebuildable. The included drop brackets perfectly position the Carli Sway bar links to cycle the extended travel range. We do not currently have an option thats snow-plow compatible for the 2020+.

4.5" Kit

Carli's Ford Super Duty sway bar end links are a direct bolt on solution for any truck with a 4.5" -5" suspension system. Carli builds these end links using 3/4" .120 wall material with 2" spherical joints on each end. Each joint consists of heat treated ball centers and washers for maximum service life. Unhindered articulation is obtained using spherical joints on each end. Our end links are 100% rebuildable.

Slight odor, more flexible than I expected

These looked like they were going to be heavy duty, but they were more flexible than I expected (see video clip). They probably still will work well, but if you’re poking your fork into something stiff, expect that the fork might bend some. There was a slight chemical odor when I opened the package, and I’m not a fan of that. As someone with MCS, I have to avoid exposure to fragrances and other harmful chemicals, and it makes me wonder what these are coated with. The gold might be cute for the aesthetic you’re going for with a particular gathering or party, but I find it unnecessary. I would rather go with the real heavy duty ones that are clear plastic from a club warehouse rather than these gold ones. I feel that these are overpriced for the quality, but not a bad price if all you’re going for is the gold aesthetic.
