MY Zen is designed to support healthy adrenal hormone metabolism with adaptogenic herbs and nutrients that may help support normal moods and promote calmness and relaxation. This unique formulation addresses adrenal gland health, which may help people handle occasional stress more effectively.

Persistent stress is recognized as a primary or exacerbating factor in non-communicable illness. It is increasingly acknowledged that chronic stress can no longer be assessed solely through measurement of cortisol levels. In contrast, research indicates that as ongoing stress leads to a state of adrenocortical exhaustion or “burnout,” a compensatory adrenal response may occur in the form of increased sympathetic, catecholamine activity. Because of this common phenomenon, which is associated with conditions such as post-traumatic stress disorder and fibromyalgia, it is clinically prudent to employ formulations that not only optimize cortisol balance but correct catecholamine imbalances as well.
