The "Takao" class heavy cruisers improved their design on the basis of the Miaogao class and were one of the most powerful cruisers in the world at that time. Designed by Japanese Navy shipbuilding officer Kikuo Fujimoto. There are a total of 4 ships in this class.
The "Takao" class heavy cruiser is a type of 10000 ton heavy cruiser built by the Japanese Navy after the Myo class heavy cruiser.
It is a cruiser (commonly known as a treaty type heavy cruiser) designed and built according to the provisions of the Washington Naval Treaty, which stipulates that the standard displacement of combat ships other than main battleships and aircraft carriers cannot exceed 10160 tons, and the main gun caliber cannot exceed 8 inches.
All four ships of this class sank during the Pacific War.
After the war, it was seized by the British Navy and scuttled in the Straits of Malacca along with Myoko in 1946.

Pups love this toy!

This is a great toy. I have two pups under the age of 2, a goldador (half lab/golden) and a full golden. Both are very aggressive when they play and love to chew. This is not a chew toy so if left as a chew, it will be chewed and destroyed. But my two play tug together with this toy and love playing tug with this toy. I give this a 4 star rating because it has been destroyed, basically because I left it down to long and one of them starting to chew it. I am planning to purchase another and another and another. :)
