After meeting at the University of Western Sydney and beginning to work in various projects, Matt and Rizz became well-known within the Australian experimental scene. It wasn't until they up and moved to New York City, however, that they actually joined forces to form VOWS. Together, the duo craft a booming industrial sound, heavy percussion and synths darkening a subtly pop structure. No doubt the band were influenced by legends like Gary Numan, but few who take inspiration from their idols ever build up the gall to go ask them to collaborate with them. But that's exactly what VOWS did last year. The duo had moved to LA after signing a deal with Cleopatra Records, getting to work on an LP with producer Kevin McMahon (SWANS, Titus Andronicus, The Walkmen). They then approached Numan with "Losing Myself in You", a track they'd written specifically with his vocals in mind. Immediately impressed, the notoriously selective British electro pioneer agreed to appear on the song. "Losing Myself" is a barrage of percussive bombs, an assault that rattles the heart as it pounds on. Synths drone and swirl like entrancing spells of their own, while guitars crunch and stalk triumphantly. Numan's unmistakable vocals ring out in the oddly light chorus - like a weighted balloon - backed by The Vows members themselves.

Good buy and good replacement for stock
I can’t keep these on my UTV, so it’s good to find a reasonably priced alternative.

Great for the price
Worked great on my Honda rubicon 520, not the tightest fit but very universal I’m sure. The clear window on top of the sleeve over the controls was nice to be able to see your switches and all as well.

Warm Hands for Experienced Snow Machine Riders
Durable, lightweight, comfortable, and warm (my sled has heated handlebars). Gauntlets hold their shape very well. Easy to get hands in and out. Clear screen fogs up on the inside, so you can't see through it. I recommend for experienced riders who know where all of the buttons are. After getting a few good rides with a swithbox gremlin I would be comfortable using them again. Will also need to reposition OFF BUTTON. Gauntlet fabric at handlebars is a little flimsy, so putting hands in and out may accidentally press the button. I might add pieces of foam where gauntlets secure to handlebars to add structure and support. I had no problems on my very first ride, but I didn't test the amount of pressure needed to make it press the button. I've recommended them to others in Facebook Groups. I trust the brand. Had no problem fitting hands and arms in and out with thick coat & gloves in -14°F to +36°F. All-in-all... Worth the money, but would recommend waiting for a sale.
