The medium roasting and the 5/10 intensity gives Qualit� Rossa a rich and full-bodied taste, for a coffee with a dark colour and a velvety texture.

Directions

Use 17g of coffee for 250ml of water, heat water to about 200°F (93°C), and brew for about 4 minutes in a French press.
