The thick base is designed to ensure a balanced heat flow throughout the entire pot to allow your stocks, soups or pasta to cook perfectly every time.  Our premium tested non-stick, stain resistant, coating lasts significantly longer than your usual non-stick cookware, and can be used worry-free  on a daily basis on any heat source including induction. Lighter then cast iron, this safe, easy-to-clean cast aluminum pot features easy click-and-lock ergonomic handles, a tempered glass lid with straining holes, and drip free pouring spouts on both sides.
