It is highly breathable and comfortable, with a timeless look and durable fabrics, to create a cocoon of warmth.
It is made from a polyester microfibre fabric, which has a soft peached cotton finish and is therefore very soft yet stays in place under other rugs without rubbing.
The fibre filling is a good isolation layer as it holds the horse's body warmth yet is breathable and allows any moisture to be wicked away.
It can be combined with either stable or turnout rugs, and is designed to stay in place even after the horse has rolled.
Machine washable at 30 degrees. Kentucky advise washing the under rug once a month. For best results, dry at a low temperature with some tennis balls to retain the puffiness.
The Kentucky Under Rug Classic is available in 300g fill, in sizes 5ft 9in to 7ft.
