Embroidered and Printed Shop Hoodies

The man’s name now echoes through the canyons of Colorado lore like some wild-eyed folk hero—or villain, depending on where you sit. His legacy? A machine, born from grease-stained hands and rage, immortalized in the legend of the "Killdozer." June 4, 2004—mark that date. It was the day a man, fed up with the relentless grind of bureaucracy and the suffocating grip of local government, decided to fight back with the one thing every self-respecting welder and muffler-shop owner dreams of: a steel-clad bulldozer armed to the teeth.

Heemeyer was no ordinary man. Mountain View Muffler was his kingdom, and Granby, Colorado, was supposed to be the peaceful town where he could tinker, weld, and live the life of an independent man. But the town had other plans. Zoning disputes, backdoor deals, and a local government as thick as thieves put Heemeyer in a corner. He believed they’d buried him under an avalanche of red tape. And when you back a man like Marvin Heemeyer into a corner, well, you get what some call madness and others might call justice with a side of welding expertise.

For months, the quiet hum of Marvin’s workshop turned into the clank of something far more sinister—a beast in the making. He armored up his Komatsu D355A bulldozer with steel plates and concrete, transforming it into a fortress on tracks. Firearms? Check. Indignation? Double check. This wasn’t just a bulldozer; it was a goddamn symbol of rebellion, roaring through the streets of Granby with a vengeance only a man pushed to the brink could muster.

Granby was caught with its pants down that day. Town hall, the local newspaper, businesses—each one a target in Marvin’s path of destruction. He took them down like a modern-day Paul Bunyan with a score to settle. The local authorities had their jaws on the floor as Heemeyer’s doomsday machine rolled through town, flattening everything that had wronged him, at least in his mind.

And then, as quickly as it began, it all came to an end—trapped in the basement of a building, the steel behemoth lay still, and Marvin Heemeyer, man of machines, took the final action. In the aftermath, the world asked itself: Was this the last desperate gasp of a man driven mad by injustice, or the terrifying consequence of a government deaf to its people?

The Killdozer incident is a savage reminder that when you back an independent spirit into a bureaucratic corner, the fallout could very well be an 85-ton metal monster on the warpath. It wasn’t just a bulldozer—it was a middle finger to the system, a one-man protest against the suffocating grip of unchecked power. God bless Marvin Heemeyer. He didn’t get mad—he built a damn tank.

So So Amazing
Format: Kindle
I received this book wiht the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review. In this book we meet June Wilder, Rhett Lawson, Cole Thibault, & Elias Nystrom. When this book opens we find that June has just joined the Atlanta Reapers as their new physical trainer. From the moment she starts she knows that she is going to get push back but there is something about not only this team but these guys that have become more to her than she thought when she first started. Rhett is the kind of guy who make a joke with anyone. One night when something happens with June he realizes there is something more than just jokes with her. Cole has been compartmentalized his life for years now. With the addition of June to the team he finds himself finding a person who understands his compartments and lets him be him. Elias is a man who is a an island. When he learns that opening up to one person who sees him allows him to grow and heal in many ways. Can they all find a HEA or will their positions make that impossible? Another amazing story by this author. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Good spicy campy hockey
Format: Kindle
I really enjoyed the character development. Reading about their growth and dealing with individual issues made good entertainment. Some surprising twists that made the book even better. Really glad we didn't have to go down the angst road where the public got to damage the budding relationships.

Great read!
Format: Kindle
Wonderful characters with great humor, a bit of mystery and a strong silent grumpy Sentinel to stand with the leading lady. They make her stronger but she also makes them stronger. I love the dynamics and the way it played out. This was a fun read!. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

June lives her life squarely in the NSFW zone...
Format: Kindle
June Wilder has embarked on the career of a lifetime-- the newest head physical trainer for NHL's Atlanta Reapers! She's relatively young for the position, not to mention female. In a male dominated sport, she's hoping to one day earn the trust and respect of the players, coaching staff and the organization.  What she doesn't expect is to be an equal participant in flirty banter and NSFW activities in her office with handsome Right Wing Rhett Lawson. She quickly finds that Team Captain Cole Thibault is a confident and  calming presence in her daily work activities-- and the man she goes on quite possibly the most perfect date with. Then there's Elias Nystrom, the Swedish Goalie who is quiet, HULKING in size, and downright frightens her-- with whom she shares a secret which could get her in hot water if discovered.  Each of these team members intrigues her. Each she has a relationship with that is not entirely permitted as their head physical trainer. As she gets to know each of them better, she's falling deeper for each of them. Will she successfully navigate through the season without losing not only her job but her heart?  What happens when each of the men find out about each other? Will she be asked to choose between them?  This book has everything I look for in a sinfully decadent read-- a strong, independent, and likable FMC; charming, protective, and sexy MMCs; a plot that is entertaining, well thought out and executes some unexpected twists; and has chemistry that explodes off of the pages. Once again author Cassie Cole has expertly achieved all of these things in her latest book "Hat Trick". I'm a big fan of the RH genre. Of all the authors I read, Cassie Cole is far and away my favorite to date. If you read this book, you will not be disappointed!

Hot enough to melt the ice rink
Format: Kindle
This was yet another great read by Cassie Cole. June has just started as the trainer for the Atlanta Reapers. Succeeding in this male dominated role is important to her, but the more she learns about these men the more she wonders if some things are worth risking everything for. As their trainer, the men are supposed to be off limits, but they can't deny the pull they each feel. The closer to Cole, Rhett & Elias she becomes the more she realizes that she may not be able to choose between them. Is it worth the risk to her career to continue to pursue a relationship with one of the men.... let alone the risk to all their careers if they would be open to consider a more unconventional relationship. Is love worth the risk? Read this steamy story to find out!. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
