All the Croquembouches are finished in edible gold glitter to look extra spectacular.
Serving guide: Servings are calculated on a 4 choux bun size serving for a full dessert serving, or a two choux bun size serving for a wedding style celebration. For example the small Croquembouche serves 17 x 4 choux buns or 35 x 2 choux bun servings.
"Just Married" cake motif NOT included, if you wish to purchase one, please contact us directly, these cost £14 each.
Important notice: The Croquembouche is a very delicate and fragile dessert construction. We always make it on the day, just before we deliver it to you. It will hold it's shape for at least 6 hours before the caramel starts to melt.
We STRONGLY advice that you order your Croquembouche for the day you need it and NOT in advance.
We will produce it as close to your celebration time as possible.
This is a hand made artisan product therefore the amount of choux buns may vary. It will always have the minimum amount mentioned on the website.

Vanilla crème patissière
Choux buns filled with our smooth and sleek vanilla crème patissière. Flavoured with vanilla seeds from real Madagascan vanilla pods.
Pistachio crème patissière
Our delicious vanilla crème patissière enriched with Sicilian pistachio paste creating a moreish rich filling.
Praliné
A classic crunchy praliné combination with a smooth nutty cream.
Size Guide:
Small: Contains minimum 85 Choux buns. Sits on a 12" cake drum, approximately 40cm tall.
Medium: Contains minimum 130 Choux buns. Sits on a 16" cake drum, approximately 55cm tall.
Large: Contains minimum 190 Choux buns. Sits on a 18" cake drum, approximately 75cm tall.
Extravaganza: Contains minimum 320 Choux buns. Sits on a 20" cake drum, approximately 100cm tall.

Good Food
Flavor Name: Traditional, Size: 4 Ounce (Pack of 1)
I have had South African Billtong before and I loved it, so I thought I would try SA Droewars and see if they were as satisfying. The answer is yes! They are delicious and nothing like your typical mass marketed jerky snacks sold in the US. Droewars are lightly seasoned beef jerky sticks and, although I have not seen the numbers, they seem to be only lightly salted (important for me). The meat is not chewy or grisly, so the beef cuts they use must be prime.
This is the first time I have tried the Ayoba-Yo brand and I am happy with my purchase. I am awaiting delivery of several varieties of Billtong from Ayoba-Yo presently and I will report back.
Not inexpensive, but the value is there for sure.

Almost not edible

I am south african, an afrikaaner. I grew up eating droewors and biltong. I'm not sure what went wrong with this product. I have to believe it was off quality product and not what they are choosing to ship. The flavor was ok. Nothing spectacular. Thr big issue was texture of the droewors and the fact that the meat had shrunk away from the casing leaving the casing inedible. See my pic. This is not what droeworse looks like. Also, being from south africa I've never heard anyone say the word ayoba....

It’s just okay. I’ve been looking for something that is as close to possible as dry wors in South Africa. This is not it. Is it dry wors? Yes. But is it good dry wors? No; it is very average. I wouldn’t buy it again. I’ll have to keep on searching for that yummy, moist, soft, flavorful dry wors that seems so elusive on this side of the pond.
