In this recipe, we’ve added the following superfoods:
Dill: Source of Iron helping normal function of the circulation rich in vitamin C for maintenance of healthy bones
Spinach: Contains iron to help control normal function of the circulatory system
Fennel: Great source of calcium to maintain healthy bones and teeth
Asparagus: Source of folate to support cell growth
Tomato: Contains potassium to support nerve and muscle function
Due to the freshly prepared ingredients, this recipe contains naturally occurring collagen, known to support healthy joints and skin, while added pre-biotics support digestion and a healthy gut.
