Be Who You Are is the story of Anna Simms’ personal Reiki journey. The words “Rei’ and Ki’ are thought to originate from â€Raku-Kei’ and are from the Japanese language. Raku is the vertical energy flow through the body and Kei is the horizontal energy flow. â€Raku-Kei’ is the art and science of self-improvement used by ancient Tibetan llamas dating back thousands of years. Reiki (pronounced Ray-key) means Universal Life force and is a system of natural healing which involves the lay-on of hands and distant healing. As Anna Simms says: “It was nearly 30 years ago when I discovered Reiki. I was living in Hong Kong and due to go into hospital for major surgery. It was also the year I decided I would compete in the Dragon Boat races, so I wanted to heal quickly.” Dragon boating seemed impossible, but someone mentioned Reiki. Anna saw a practitioner, made a surprisingly rapid recovery from her operation and competed in national and international Dragon Boat competitions that year on Hong Kong Harbour.

Good interactive toy that keeps even my poodle mix busy

We have a poodle mix that easily gets bored with most toys, including the other interactive bouncy balls. This toy seems to keep him busy though and so far he has not destroyed it or grown bored of it. The only problem we have is keeping it charged because he seems to wear it out but it is not a problem to recharge it with the USB cable that is included. It is a little tricky screwing the toy back together after charging the battery but I am getting the hang of it. Once it is set to one of the play modes the ropes on top (that you need to put on) will start spinning back and forth and the toy gyrates around seeming like it is alive to our dog. The loves playing with it in all of the modes but I think he likes that faster modes better. It comes with an extra rope which was good because our raptor dog already ripped the first one apart. The price on this toy is relatively low compared to tother toys to I highly recommend this for anyone that has a dog who is bored with the typical play toys.

Great Enrichment Toy for Treats or Kibble!

I love this toy—and so do my dogs! It’s perfect for daily enrichment and works great as a kibble feeder too. It holds a generous amount (about 3 cups), rolls smoothly, and keeps my dogs mentally engaged while they work for their food.
One of my favorite features is the adjustable treat holes. You can easily change the difficulty level, which makes it suitable for dogs of all sizes and skill levels. Whether you have a beginner or a more experienced puzzle solver, this toy adapts perfectly.
