Step into a world where nature’s symphony becomes your escape.  Our ‘Echoes of the Wild’ sound escape offers an unparalleled experience the rejuvenates your mind and soul.

Delivered by sound artist and practitioner Tessa Ann from The Sound Spa, our session combines natural woodland soundscapes with the soothing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, gong, drum percussion and voice.

This unique experience, set in within Finnebrogue Woods, creates an auditory journey that transports you to the heart of the wilderness, providing a peaceful retreat from the stresses of modern life.

Whether you’re looking to de-stress, find inspiration, or simply take a moment to yourself, our sessions offer the perfect sanctuary.

Spaces are limited to ensure a personalised experience.

Dietary Text  - Tea/Coffee/Water will be available throughout the session but please bring along your own cup/bottle for refills.

How to Prepare:

  • Please bring a yoga mat if you have one (if you don’t, Tessa will have some spare) 
  • Bring a pillow, blanket 
  • Bring a bottle of water or your own flask for water / tea / coffee refills
  • Wear comfortable clothing.

Health Conditions:

  • Please advise if you have any health conditions or accessibility requirements we should be aware of in advance of the session.
  • Please advise if you require a chair.
  • Do not attend if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy.

the "fit" is very precise

Nice Fabrication, Good materials, perfect adhesive applications, "clean joints" etc. Appears to be a good UPGRADE from the stock Motorcraft product. CONs: The FIT was a "smidge TIGHT", and took very precise initial alignment and "pressure" to begin to slide into the rectangular hole. I measured the "Hole" at 7.375" wide, or (187.33 mm)... the FILTER is exactly the SAME. I would suggest maybe reducing the Width by 1 mm, to allow for an easier installation. The MOTORCRAFT uses an "open-cell" foam structure for the (2) Side pieces on their filter assembly, allowing some "compression to fit", of the Width, easing the difficulty of installation, yet still filling all voids. In summation, the "fit" is very precise. Not to be hurried or rushed, maybe a bit meticulous for the impatient or weak of heart.
