Mido ha inserito la ceramica - un materiale eccezionale per l'orologeria - nella lunetta rotante unidirezionale del suo Ocean Star 200C. Il quadrante è decorato con un motivo ondulato e con indici applicati individualmente, ricoperti da pigmenti di Super-Luminova® bianca. Questo orologio subacqueo è resistente fino a 20 bar (200m), con una forma della cassa che permette una protezione extra per la corona a vite. Il fondello della cassa è inciso con il logo Ocean Star. Il movimento automatico, inoltre, ha un'autonomia fino a 80 ore di riserva di carica.
