Carbon fiber engine cover fits BMW M52 & S52 (2.0/2.5/2.8 liter 6 cylinder, dual overhead cam single VANOS; S52 3.2l dual overhead cam double VANOS Motorsport) motors.

This product is produced by the "dry carbon" process which has the resin impregnated in the cloth at the material manufacturer's plant for efficiency in disbursing the resin throughout the carbon fabric.

This minimizes excess resin in the part making the finish better and the part stronger and lighter. The prepreg (name given resin impregnated material) material is cut and placed in the mold inside an autoclave and with heat and great pressure the part is formed minimizing surface irregularities and bubbles.

Set includes 2 carbon fiber pieces: 1 engine valve cover and 1 fuel rail and injector cover. Each set comes complete with billet aluminum mounting hardware (other suppliers do not include special mounting hardware to cheapen the price) and the RACING DYNAMICS logo in silver to compliment the black carbon fiber finish.
