S.A. Wilson's is the first and only coffee that has been specifically blended and processed with the goal of achieving higher levels of Caffeine and Palmitic Acid. Lab test show that their Gold Roast Coffee is 47% higher in Caffeine and 87% higher in Palmitic Acid then Medium roast Arabica coffee. It is also the only coffee that has been tested to guarantee these higher levels. The coffee is then put through a special three-stage process developed by founder Scott Wilson. All their coffee is Certified Organic, 100% Arabica beans and Mold Free.
