How to Use:
Start by applying OPI Base Coat to clean, dry nails with pushed-back cuticles. Apply a stroke of nail polish down the middle of the nail, followed by a stroke on each side of the nail. Then apply a second coat of nail polish and drag the color over the tips of the nails. Shine, seal and apply a layer of OPI Top Coat over the nail tips. For a manicure that feels dry in minutes, apply 2 drops of DripDry polish dry drops to each nail.
