NB: Modern production brake pads will normally offer the best performance, but if you wish to keep everything period correct original ones are still a great option. As with all vintage parts though, they must be installed correctly and ridden with care.

Brake Fit - brake pads are specific to the type of brake so you need to use the correct ones.

Pad Type - replaceable (also known as cartridge) brake pads have inserts that can be replaced once they wear out. With one piece pads you do not have this option.

Rim Type - some wheel rims such as ceramic or carbon ones require brake pads to be made of specific compounds. If you have steel rims you can use pads designed for alloy rims but you will get much better performance when using the correct pads.

Soccer ball just for dogs

I could say "soccer", and our shoodle would wag her tail ready to play soccer with a tennis ball so I tried out this real soccer ball with her. Mostly, she just wants to wait for me to kick it, playing defense, so she can chase it like the tennis ball. I wanted to get a regular 6" soccer ball for our shoodle, but this was a good choice for dogs for the durability and safety of the rubber material. The hexagons give the dog some grip to pick it up. The rubber is soft enough to grip and expel air when they do figure out how to grip it. This has been my dogs favorite outdoor toy for years .
