There’s something timeless about a great Tele-style guitar, and this one takes that formula and pushes it a step further.

This Vintage V52 ProShop Unique is not a standard production model. It’s a UK-designed, one-off build from the Vintage ProShop, created to offer classic looks with a far more versatile and refined playing experience.

Finished in a clean Butterscotch, it absolutely nails that iconic T-style aesthetic, but this is far more than just a traditional Tele.

Straight out of the ProShop, it has received a full professional setup including fret level, crown and polish, fingerboard treatment, truss rod adjustment, action and intonation dialled in, and nut slot optimisation. It plays effortlessly and feels exactly how a properly set up guitar should.

The alder body delivers that perfect balance of resonance, snap and comfort, while the maple neck with a soft C profile sits beautifully in the hand. It’s quick, familiar and incredibly easy to get along with. The rosewood fingerboard with a 10 inch radius keeps everything smooth and responsive whether you’re playing chords or leads.

Where this one really separates itself is the configuration.

This is a true Nashville-style Tele setup, featuring a Wilkinson WVTN neck, WVSM middle and WVTB bridge pickup combination, paired with a 5-way selector. You still get all the classic Tele tones you’d expect, but now with the added bonus of Strat-style in-between positions, giving you a much wider tonal range.

Warm and rounded on the neck, crisp and cutting on the bridge, and those extra positions in between that open things up even further. It’s a seriously versatile guitar that covers far more ground than a traditional two pickup Tele.

The Wilkinson WTB bridge is another standout feature. It keeps the vintage look but solves the usual intonation compromises found on traditional three saddle designs, so you get accurate tuning across the neck without losing that classic tone and feel.

Add in Wilkinson Deluxe tuners and a Graphite nut, and tuning stability is exactly where it should be.
