What it does:

  • Buildable, silky, and easy to blend with no fallout
  • Effectively controls oil on the eyelids for a fresh look that lasts throughout the day
  • Help create a smooth texture on the eyelids by maintaining optimal skin moisture levels

How to use:

  • Brush application is recommended. Finger application may be used with metallic shades for a more amplified look.
  • Eye Wardrobe may also be used wet—Victoria’s favourite technique for creating a line and bolder colour payoff. Wet your liner brush with a small amount of water and dip into shadow before applying onto eyes.
