Jewelry Care:
As with all pieces that are not real gold, it is advised that you take proper jewelry care by not exposing to any harsh chemicals & taking off jewelry before going in the sea. This quality is excellent & can at least as long as there is proper care.

Shipping times:
We typically ship items the day of to 2 days of purchase. We try our best to get orders out of items that we have/make as soon as possible! If we do not have the item in stock, we will notify you via Etsy message or email & notify you that we have it on hold. Once we receive the the item that is not in stock, we will ship immediately. This time can vary from 1-2 weeks processing time. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Returns/exchanges:
We accept returns up to 7 days of purchase. Item must be in perfect condition and not used and returned within 7 days of purchased to receive a refund. If item arrived damaged or something is wrong, please message us so we can handle the situation accordingly. Any Return after the cut off date will not be accepted. Exchanges will be given when necessary. In this case, the buyer must cover the shipping cost or any outstanding charges that is required for the exchange.
