Beef Shirts specializes in some good ol' fashion rivalry match-ups.  Support your favorite team but more importantly, show your passion about your least favorite team.  Sometimes you have to let everyone know how you feel.  Looking for some fan apparel that is a bit different than the norm?  Perhaps a bit offensive and funny?  You came to the right place.

Each shirt is printed using direct-to-garment methods.  This technique uses special inks that are absorbed into the fabric, much better than iron-on graphics and screen prints that feel heavy and plastic.  These shirts feel fantastic to wear, are high-quality, and long lasting.  If you are like me, you just want a normal t-shirt without all sorts of futuristic bells and buzzwords, that isn't cut so slim you aren't sure if you bought a kid's size.  Just a solid shirt, that's what I got for you. 

The shirts are unisex sized and 100% ring-spun, pre-shrunk cotton.  If you have a special request for a different style, please message me and we can work something out.

Dr. Chapman has been providing quality material for many years. I started utilizing his material as an aid in counseling when it was on VHS. Like I said, he's been around. While this book is not an end all be all, it definitely has some great advice and insight within its pages. It works very well in conjunction with "The 5 love languages" and "The 5 languages of apology", also offered by Dr. Chapman. There are free online quizzes and other info that can also be utilized as mentioned in the book that will enrich everything else he discusses in the book. There are several applicable true to life stories inside that help you understand each point he is attempting to relay and makes for an easy read by keeping interest up. I also ordered the audio version and found it easier to listen to and take notes for self enrichment, as well as notes for guiding others into what I hope will be lasting marriages.

Use this book as a checklist of things you should discuss with your partner - especially if you're considering or are in a long-term relationship. It explains each topic, why it's a likely source of conflict, how to prevent the conflicts, and includes questions for discussion between partners. Understanding and discussing these topics may not feel romantic and fun, and some of the conversations may be challenging for couples who aren't accustomed to such discussions. I'm speaking from experience here. If you are new to the study of this topic, this book will be extremely valuable for you. I'm on this end of the spectrum, hence 4 of 5 stars because I'm familiar with the author's other work and this book didn't contain much new content. As a compact, all-in-one, relationship discussion guide though, it's great and worth reading and having on hand for future reference for new relationships or for when new conflicts crop up.
