Supplementation may therefore be necessary to cover the needs. Formag is composed of: - Magnesium extracted from the Dead Sea, known for its high concentration of mineral salts. It is present in particular in the specific form Hypro-ri® mag. This amino-complexed form combines marine magnesium oxide and rice protein hydrolyzate, which optimizes the fixation and bioavailability of magnesium. Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and reduces fatigue. - Vitamin B6 which helps reduce fatigue - Taurine.

HOW TO USE
