Dive into the enchanting world of *The Thief Who Stole My Heart*, a groundbreaking exploration of the sacred bronze statues from India's illustrious Chola dynasty. This captivating book presents an incredible display of sculptures representing Hindu deities, both visually striking and spiritually profound. Authored by esteemed art historian Vidya Dehejia, this work invites readers to experience the intersection of art, culture, and religion during the ninth to thirteenth centuries in southern India. As you turn the pages, discover the exquisite details of these bronze figures, including the divine Shiva, intertwined with the vibrant tapestry of Chola society. Dehejia contextualizes each sculpture’s significance, showing how they were not mere artworks, but pivotal participants in the Chola worship rituals. Adorned with precious jewels and offered flowers during festivals, these sculptures were truly the heart of Chola celebrations.
In *The Thief Who Stole My Heart*, the author meticulously details the role of these statues in everyday life, the sources of copper and jewels, and the influence of women patrons in the commissioning process. Furthermore, unveiled for the first time are numerous public records etched on temple walls, shedding light on Chola political dynamics and socio-economic engagements, especially with neighboring Sri Lanka.
With stunning illustrations and insightful commentary, this book serves as a definitive guide to understanding the rich cultural heritage of the Chola dynasty. Reliable heat tape that holds firm and releases clean
Color: Blue-2 Roll
The MS WGO High Temperature Tape is an excellent product for sublimation printing and heat transfer work. The blue color makes it easy to distinguish from other tapes in the workshop. At 10mm wide and 33 meters long, each roll provides generous coverage, and getting 2 rolls in a pack makes it a great value. The adhesive holds firmly during heat press operations but releases cleanly without leaving any residue — exactly what you need for sublimation transfers. The heat resistance is genuine; I've used these at typical heat press temperatures (350-400°F) and the tape performs flawlessly without melting, bubbling, or breaking down. The clean release is a major benefit over cheaper alternatives that leave sticky residue and ruin transfers. The narrow 10mm width is ideal for securing the edges of transfers precisely. I've gone through multiple rolls for my sublimation projects and repurchased several times. A reliable, professional-quality tape that does exactly what it promises.

very thin. very large amount. two rolls last me years maybe.
Color: A-Yellow-2 Roll
fast shipping. film tape was more than i though. very thin. strong. great adhesion but no residue. i am us8ng as anti conductivity barrier on switch c9nnection tabs where solder and wire is bare. to resist possible short circuits or touching by hands... basically wrapping parts to keep safe and i did heat lightly and it seemed to set it up and kick like ub 2poxy woupd. quick and now it 8snt sticky or able to remove easy. basically it is awesome and necessary for any electronics lab and if you are DIY or experienced then just buy it because you need it even if you never heard of it.
