When to Replace

Installation Tips
- Ensure the pool pump is turned off before removing the existing fitting.
- Clean the pool wall suction port threads of any debris or old sealant tape before installation.
- Hand-tighten the fitting into the wall port; do not overtighten with tools to avoid cracking the plastic.
- Apply a thin layer of pool-safe silicone lubricant to the threads if the fit is excessively tight.
- Verify the safety spring mechanism functions properly by inserting and removing the hose before turning the pump back on.
