Set over a pot of boiling water in double-boiler fashion and vigorously whisk egg yolks, sugar and Marsala or other wine of your choice for the ultimate indulgence.

When not making the traditional Italian dessert, use your zabaglione bowl to whisk egg whites to beautiful stiff peaks: it is an old chefs' secret (with a sound scientific explanation!) that egg whites whipped in a copper bowl will stay glossy and firm without the risk of becoming overly whipped or grainy.

Crafted in solid copper for superior heat conductivity and unlined to help stabilize the custard's foamy consistency. The stick handle is cast in solid bronze and attached with copper rivets.
