The players. The builders. The moments and stories that define the game. Hockey Hall of Fame Timeline of the Game is a visual catalog of hockey's history -- from the early days of a modest ice game played on ponds to today's fast-paced, global, multi-billion-dollar sport.

Hockey Hall of Fame Timeline of the Game is replete with facts, stories, headlines and stats that will satiate the appetites of even the most passionate fans. Hundreds of images, from iconic photographs to obscure illustrations and rare shots, bring the history to life -- all assembled in a colorful, attention-grabbing package. This indispensable reference guides you through these eight hockey-defining eras:

  • Pre-1875 - The early makings of a winter game on the East Coast of Canada
  • 1875-1892 - The first organized hockey games and teams
  • 1893-1917 - The introduction of Lord Stanley's Cup to the rise of the NHL as the dominant professional league
  • 1917-1942 - The NHL under Frank Calder and the expansion into the U.S., anchored by players like Howie Morenz and leaders like Conn Smythe and Art Ross
  • 1942-1967 - The uncertainties of wartime to the post-war era that would produce some of hockey's biggest stars, bitterest rivalries and most important moments, including the television revolution
  • 1967-1993 - An era of change and challenges with the establishment of the NHLPA, the introduction of the entry draft, television rights, incoming European talent and dominant superstars that were pushing the limits of the game -- such as Guy Lafleur, Phil Esposito, Valeri Kharlamov, Scotty Bowman, Vladislav Tretiak, Wayne Gretzky and Mario Lemieux
  • 1993-2005 - The great southern NHL expansion, from 21 teams to 30, the first NHL lockout and the NHL goes to the 1998 Nagano Olympics
  • 2005-Present - The 2004-05 NHL lockout, the Crosby-Ovechkin era and the rise of the women's game.

The intensity of the higher DPI and other settings makes this a marvelous Printer.
Style: ET-4800, Color: White, Set: FAX/ADF/Print/Copy/Scan
I am a former Canon product user for years. I became disappointed two printers ago. Support is horrible. So, I ordered this Epson. Initially, because of the differences I was somewhat confused on the set-up; however, once completed, I can completely endorse this product. The printing is absolutely tops. The ink system is fantastic. AND, it has fax capabilities which I tested and works great. Can not say enough good things about it. I specialize in historical photo and documentation restoration - and this printer works GREAT.

It’s about support more than anything else !
Style: ET-4800, Color: White, Set: FAX/ADF/Print/Copy/Scan
Printer worked great until it didn’t. Cleared a paper jam that kept giving an issue. Then it gave a scanner error, after paper jam was resolved. I called support; they gathered all my info. Transferred me to someone else who then told me she’d email me some numbers to call for deals on refurbished printers or onsite support. I ended ups solving the problem… I threw the printer in the trash, and will likely not buy anymore epson products. I was willing to pay for service but not waste more time and making more phone calls. I had a credit card; i was willing to use it.

My Go-To Sublimation Paper — Flawless Results Every Time
Size: 8.5"x11", Size: 8.5"x11"
This is hands down the best sublimation paper I’ve used and the only one I continue to buy. I get a perfect transfer every single time—no fracturing, no fading, and no uneven results. The paper dries fast, which makes my workflow so much smoother, especially when I’m producing items in batches. I use this regularly to make air fresheners and tote bags for my small business, and the color payoff is always vibrant and crisp. The transfer rate is excellent, and it works beautifully on light-colored, high-quality polyester and other sublimation-ready surfaces. If you’re a small business owner or crafter who values consistency, quality, and ease of use, this paper is absolutely worth it. I highly recommend it and will continue to repurchase.

Best Sublimation Paper
Size: 8.5"x11"
I’ve been using A-Sub paper for my sublimation projects, and it is easily one of the best. The ink dries almost instantly once printed, so I don’t have to worry about smudging the design or getting those annoying "pizza wheel" marks from the printer rollers. The paper itself feels substantial and doesn't tear or curl easily. One of the biggest wins for me is that it never jams; it feeds through perfectly every time, saving me the frustration of wasting expensive ink and paper. When I go to press my designs, the ink releases almost completely, leaving very little behind on the paper and putting all that color onto the project. The final results look super professional, with colors that are vibrant and sharp rather than looking faded or dull. It has worked perfectly for everything I’ve tried so far, and if you want a reliable paper that gives you consistent, high-quality results, this is definitely the one to get.
