The king's son Theodred lies dead and the cunning Wormtongue has contrived to exile eomer and many of Rohan's best riders. Gandalf must free the king of the fallen Wizard's control and restore him to full mind and body. Crown upon his brow and sword in hand, King Theoden stands with a straight back once more. The king casts out the faithless Wormtongue and sets about preparing Rohan for the attack he knows must now come.
