Description:
Cortec® VpCI®-126 Blue is a rust inhibitor film made from high quality PE with Vapor phase Corrosion Inhibitors for rust prevention of both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The VCI embedded on the film vaporizes, reaching all metal surfaces within the package and creating a thin protective layer that does not alter product properties. This film replaces traditional rust preventive methods such as oils and desiccants. Metal parts packaged in Cortec® VpCI®-126 film receive continuous protection against salt, excessive humidity, condensation, moisture, aggressive industrial atmospheres and dissimilar metal corrosion.

Size:
Please check each variant for size of the sheets and quantity of sheets per roll. The perforated roll allows to easily cut each sheet of film. Thickness is 2 mil.

How to Use:
Carefully measure your item to determine size needed. Make sure your item is clean and dry before packing. The film is heat sealable. Your part can be used immediately after unpacking, no cleaning or degreasing required.
