You can fill the stainless steel water tank with hot water each day in advance of using the icer, and the element inside keeps it warm all day. Your icing will be gently warmed, and won't overheat and form a crust. You can make beautiful quality iced donuts without stressing over your icing!

Bowl Icers Product Line Models Belshaw's H & I Bowl Icers are designed and constructed for convenience, durability and reliability. The H & I method provides gentle, uniformly applied heat to the bottom portion of each icing bowl from a large tank full of warmed water.

Good looker but terrible performance

I purchased the product and the base would not attach from the charging module. This is their big selling point. I requested a replacement and sadly the replacement was of the same batch run as the original soo…. Yeah that base would not detach. There are videos showing how easy it is to detach base from charging module. Not theses units. Circle Joy customer service is an @gmail.com. They said base is not designed to be removed frequently. I reminded them the separation feature is their highlighted feature. I was just looking for a base. Circle Joy said no…. If I do not like either unit just return them to Amazon.???? In the meantime, after maybe a dozen grinds, the original unit quit grinding normally and would barely grind at all. I shook it out and it worked again but doesn’t sound right. Two takeaways: 1) Poor product quality. 2) I am sooo done with trying to work with Amazon on replacement items. Save yourself a tone of aggravation and just return the order and reorder if you dare. Otherwise good looking and heavy feel and works great about 10 times. Too bad so sad. Now I have this huge return hassle with Amazon.
