Following the fermentation stage, the spirit is distilled in an artisanal copper pot still. The maturation process takes place in charred new American Oak barrels, contributing to the whiskey's complex essence, vibrant color, and iconic finish. The final product is hand-bottled at a generous 93 proof, displaying the full boldness and character of the rye grain.
