Production Notes

Semi-Dry White Vermouth on a Chardonnay wine base. Separate macerations of botanicals in a hydro-alcoholic solution (grain-neutral spirit and water) and wine. Natural sugars are diluted in wine solution, followed by blending of the two macerations. Aging in steel tanks followed by light filtration and bottling.
