RÖWO Thera-Band
The RÖWO thera-band from Sportomed in rolls is suitable for individual shortening for different exercises. The length of one roll is sufficient for two universally applicable exercise bands. The therapy band can be used, for example, to build up muscles in a way that is easy on the joints and to improve coordination.
If isolated muscle training, such as ankle exercises or shoulder exercises, is to be carried out, the RÖWO thera-band can be individually cut to shorter lengths. You can get the training band in different, colour-coded strengths.
